Does is feel like Spring yet? The buds are out and before you know it, you'll see flowers like the one on my card. Can't wait!The Stampin' Up! patterned paper is from Welcome Neighbor (past Sale-A-Bration) for the flower and Sweet Pea (Occasions Mini) for the background.
I created the flower using the Stampin' Up! Extra Large Fancy Flower punch and a couple of flowers from the Flower Fusion collection. I wish I could tell you where the extra wide ric-rac is from, but it's been in my stash for a long time.
